Tight & Precise tolerances ensure accuracy & consistency during placement & set-up, when doing conversions. Using proprietary NON-STICK & STATIC-DISSIPATIVE(SD) compounds, coupled with our ability to adjust technical specifications like HARDNESS levels, and SURFACE finishes, thus our RUBBER TIPS/COLLETS are most suited for all sorts of assembly applications.
We also CUSTOMIZE & DESIGN various types of RUBBER TIPS/COLLETS to hold, transfer and place dies, units or a component on a substrate or leadframe etc. The proposed design or selection of the tool is related to our vast experience and know-how.
